RSK churches responding to COVID-19

The pandemic has been a significant interruption in our daily lives, and in the life of the church. At RSK, we are responding in four main areas: Practical Support, Pastoral Care, Online Worship, and Staying Connected. Read below to find out more about all four.

Practical Support - SERV
The churches in the RSK benefice have partnered with Radley Good Neighbours and Radley College to ensure that everyone is supported during this challenging period. Initially this group was called SERV (Serving everyone in Radley Village), but we are now offering support across Radley, Sunningwell, Bayworth, and Kennington.
We are happy to help anyone who is self-isolating, or in need of other practical support, including shopping, dog-walking, or collecting medication. If you need help an any practical way, please contact the following people

Pastoral Support

We also recognise that this is going to be a difficult time for some people, and we're here to help. If you'd just like to have a chat, or if you're dealing with more serious issues, please give us a call and someone will be able to provide support over the phone. We have a trained network of phone friends. Call either:

Worship and Services

During this period when our church buildings are closed, the church communiy will continue to find ways to worship innovatively. Though we are apart from one another, we are united as the body of Christ. Head over to our worship page to discover what we are offering and join us; you're always welcome
Online Worship

Staying Connected

It is important to us that during this time we stay connected with one another. For some people, this will be a time of making new connections with the church. We are staying in touch via a weekly newsletter, and through our social media channels, as well as by phone.
